Face a Winter Without Books? Nevermore! The Winter Reading Program for adults and teens at Harford County Public Library (HCPL) starts on January 4th and runs through March 6. Upon registering, participants receive a pen and adults who read or listen to at least five books and teens who read or listen to at least three books will receive a commemorative mug. All incentives are while supplies last.

Besides books in print, HCPL has a wide selection of audiobooks, as well as eBooks which can be downloaded for free onto your computer. Many titles are available for download to your iPod, iPhone, Sony Reader or other mobile device.
