(Belcamp, Maryland -November 1, 2012) In a continued commitment to serving those with disabilities, Harford County Public Library (HCPL) is seeking input from customers with a disability, their caregivers, and organizations serving those with disabilities. Information captured through the survey will help HCPL effectively plan in multiple areas including facilities, programming, assistive equipment, technology, and special services.
